Give your dog Ivaros every day for 30 days. If it isn't the right fit, send the jar back, empty or not, and we'll refund it.

Why 30 days

A daily supplement is meant to become part of the routine, so we ask you to give it the full 30 days with a meal each day. You know your dog better than anyone. Keep an eye on what you already notice: the pause at the bottom of the stairs, how often you hear the scratching at night, how the walk ends. The years you want with her are the reason the formula was built to show up every day, the same way you do.

How it works

  1. Feed the chews daily for up to 30 days from the delivery date.
  2. If it isn't the right fit, email care@ivarospet.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. We'll reply with your RMA number and the return address. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the jar back to us at your expense. Once it arrives at our warehouse we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

The details

  • The guarantee covers every order, including subscription renewals, and the jar can be empty.
  • The 30 days start on the date your order is delivered.
  • The refund covers the product price you paid. Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • On a subscription, you can also pause, skip, or cancel from your account page any time before a shipment processes.
  • It applies to orders placed on ivarospet.com.
  • The jar must be returned to us before a refund is issued, and return shipping is paid by you.
  • Every return needs an RMA number issued by us before it ships. Packages that arrive without one can't be matched to an order and won't be refunded.
  • We can decline claims that look like abuse, such as repeated claims across accounts or addresses, or resale.

What's in the jar

Every ingredient is named on the label, down to the rosemary extract, so you can read exactly what you're feeding before you decide. Each batch is made in a GMP facility and third party lab tested.
